Ulenspop Refund & Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to cancel your Ulenspop order post-payment for any reason, please promptly inform us via email at lenspopnet@gmail.com. Be aware that a 5% administration fee based on your purchase amount will be applied.
In cases where the order status has progressed to Awaiting Shipment and a cancellation is requested, a 20% administration fee is applicable, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned product.
For parcels returned due to issues like incorrect address provided by the customer, unclaimed parcels, or consignee unavailability, a refund request will incur a 20% administration fee of your total order value, along with the deduction of shipping charges. The balance will then be refunded.
Please note that no refunds will be made for parcels returned due to consignee's refusal to pay tax charges or rejection of the package.
Cancellations of pre-order items, such as Toric lenses that require 7-20 days for production, will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the item's price.
Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund process typically takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank statement, depending on the processing times of banks, card issuers, and payment gateways.
If the standard timeframe has elapsed and you haven't received your refund, we advise contacting us or your card issuer/bank for further details.
All refunds from Ulenspop will be made in US Dollars. Please note that Ulenspop is not responsible for any losses incurred due to currency fluctuations or exchange rates.
