Ulenspop Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth transaction and avoid any potential issues.

  • Medical Consultation Acknowledgment: Acknowledge that Ulenspop is not a medical practitioner. Consult with an ophthalmologist before ordering, particularly for prescription colored contacts or contact lenses.

  • Order Accuracy Confirmation: Confirm that all details (orders/prescriptions/options/specifications) provided on the checkout page are accurate and true.

  • Purchase Authorization: State that the purchase is made using your credit card/PayPal account, or you have authorization to use another's credit card/PayPal account.

  • Risk Assumption and Liability Release: Understand and assume all risks associated with wearing contact lenses from Ulenspop. Acknowledge potential risks, including injury and eye infection if proper care and guidelines are not followed. Confirm reading the Wear and Care instructions.

  • Tax Responsibility: Accept responsibility for any local taxes or duties incurred.

  • Customs Delay Clause: Understand that Ulenspop.com is not liable for delays caused by the local customs department.

  • Cancellation and Order Modification Fees: Acknowledge that a 5% administration fee of the total purchase amount will apply for cancellations, and a 20% management fee applies once the product has been shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return and Cancellation Policy Agreement: Confirm that you have read and agree to the Return and Cancellation Policy of Ulenspop.

  • Shipping Agreement for US Deliveries: Agree to NSR (No Signature Required) shipping terms for all deliveries in the United States, understanding that parcels may be left at the Residence Front Desk/Door/Mailbox.

  • Foreign Currency Fee Awareness: Be aware that foreign currency fees/electronic funds transfer charges may apply, depending on your country and bank.

  • Package Tracking Responsibility: Accept the sole responsibility to track the package until its delivery.
